Do I have to be a member of WQA to attend the conference and exposition?
You can attend the WQA Convention & Exposition without being a member of the Water Quality Association (WQA). However, WQA members get free convention registration in their first year of membership and receive discounted registration fees every year afterwards. I am not a resident of the United States; can I attend the show?
Yes! International attendees are welcome to register through the online registration portal. An official letter of invitation to attend the 2020 WQA Convention & Exposition will be sent upon written request. This invitation is intended to facilitate the participant’s travel and visa arrangements but does not extend financial support. To request a letter of invitation, please provide your name, title, company, address and passport number to Stephanie Salvatierra Minor at firstname.lastname@example.org. Can you help me with conference/trade show accessibility?
Convention attendees who would like to rent a scooter or wheelchair onsite can do so through Scootaround Personal Transportation Systems. Information is available on the company's website. Other accessibility information is available on our Accessibility page.
What are the trade show hours?
The exposition hall will be open from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, April 3.
How do I register to take a professional certification exam?
Advance registration is required and is available by contacting
email@example.com or by visiting the testing website.
Is there a separate fee to attend the education sessions?
No, your registration fee includes the exposition and entrance into posted
educational sessions. Some special events and the Business Boot Camp
require separate fees, which can be paid during your registration process.
Is there a separate fee to attend the Welcome Reception?
Admission to the Welcome Reception, which is from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 2, at the Rosen Centre Pool Deck, is included with your convention badge. If you wish to bring a guest, please add the $75 reception-only pass during the registration process.
What is the WQA Business Boot Camp all about?
Back for a third great year, WQA Business Boot Camp is a one-day intensive conference that gives you the tools you need to run your business. It will be held on March 31, 2019, the day before the convention starts, at the Orange County Convention Center. The separate registration fee can be paid during the convention registration conference.
When is the 2021 Convention?
The 2021 WQA Convention and Exposition is being held April 27-29 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Education sessions are offered April 27-29; the Expo is April 28 and 29.
