Exhibitor Registration   

All paid exhibitors will receive an email in mid-January with login and password information from our registration company, CDS. Exhibitor registration has been integrated with the interactive floor plan. To access the registration site, simply log-in to the exhibitor console and select Exhibitor Badge Registration. Each paid exhibitor receives 3 complimentary badges per 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth (3m x 3m). In addition, each paid exhibitor receives 2 complimentary customer passes. Additional customer passes are available for purchase. For assistance, please call 774-247-4022.  

Hotel Reservations  
Beginning in mid-January, exhibitors may reserve hotel rooms, including group blocks, at discounted prices through the official housing provider, Maritz Global Events, by visiting the housing webpage.  

Online Exhibitor Service Manual – Show Kit 
All paid exhibitors receive an email in mid-January from the general contractor, Fern. The email will contain a  link customer ID and password to access the online exhibitor service manual. Fern can be reached at 615.256.0357 or by email at  exhibitorservices05@fernexpo.com.
