Application Procedures

  1. View the floor plan to identify your exhibit space preference based on available booth spaces.

  2. Select 'Reserve a Booth' and complete the online application, review and agree to the rules and regulations and save your password to update your online company listing at a later date. (Alternatively, you may manually complete and submit the Exhibit Space Appication.)

  3. An invoice with payment details will be emailed upon approval of online application.

Cancellation Policy 
All booth space cancellation requests must be received in writing by Show Management. If space is reduced, the net reduction of spacde will be treated as a cancellation of that space. Cancellation requests received prior to February 1, 2022, will be refunded less the nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of booth space. For cancellations received after February 1, 2022, exhibitors are liable for 100% of the cost of booth space.

It is expressly agreed by the exhibitor that in the event of a failure to pay the space rental at the times specified, or failure to comply with any other provisions contained in these rules and regulations concerning use of exhibit space, Show Management shall have the right to reassign the booth location shown on the face of the contract or to take possession of said space and lease same, or any part thereof, to such parties and upon such terms and conditions as it may deem proper.
