Online Application Procedures
  1. View the floor plan to identify your exhibit space preference based on available booth spaces. 
  2. Select ‘Reserve a Booth’ and complete the online application, review and agree to the rules and regulations and save your password to update your online company listing at a later date 
  3. An invoice with payment details will be emailed upon approval of online application

Cancellation Policy 
Cancellation of exhibit space must be submitted in writing. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Exhibitor agrees to pay a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total fee for booth space if written notice of cancellation or reduction in space is received on or before December 1, 2018. No payment returns or refunds are made on any cancellation of exhibit space for any reason after December 1, 2018. Cancelled or unoccupied exhibit space may be freely reassigned by WQA Convention & Exposition.
