NTNCPWS Operators Course

The Water Quality Association, in conjunction with the Illinois Department of Public Health, is offering five online training sessions followed by an online exam so that Non-Transient Non-Community Public Water Systems (NTNCPWS) Operators can fulfill their certification obligation. The course will consist approximately 12 hours of instruction, followed by an online, video-proctored examination session.

MEP User Group

The MEP User Group is designed to help learners get the most from WQA's Modular Education Program. Every other month, a free half-hour webinar focuses on a specific aspect of using the MEP, followed by a question-and-answer session.
